The information, software, products and services included in or available through the Santa Fe Goldworks website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Measurements of jewelry available on our website are approximate measurements.

Quality of Inlay
The inlay material we use is natural and of the highest quality and all natural stones can vary in color. Therefore, there may be slight color variations from the colors displayed on our website.

General Care
Santa Fe Goldworks takes great pride in the quality of our jewelry. In order to keep your jewelry looking as beautiful as the day you purchased it we highly encourage you to bring your jewelry back to us for professional servicing at least once a year. The craftsmen at Santa Fe Goldworks are experienced in all aspects of jewelry care and can assist you in keeping your jewelry clean and in good repair.

Materials
Most jewelry is available in 14 karat yellow gold and 14 karat white gold, 18 karat yellow gold and 18 karat white gold, platinum and sterling silver. Please contact a Santa Fe Goldworks associate for more information. Prices may change due to the fluctuations in the gold market.

Warranty
All merchandise purchased from SFGW is covered by a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defect in workmanship and materials.

Lost Shipments
In the event that an order does not arrive, you have 30 days from the date the order was shipped to file a claim and 45 days to file a claim for international orders. To file a claim please contact a Santa Fe Goldworks sales associate at 1 877-982-2875.

Return Policy

Santa Fe Goldworks stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All Sales are Final.  There are no refunds, however we offer an exchange on unused merchandise if SFGW is contacted within 14 days of purchase.  There are no exchanges on special orders. Please do not wear a piece of jewelry until you are certain you are keeping it; to qualify for an exchange jewelry can not be modified in any way.

We do not allow returns for merchandise that has been engraved.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

If you opt to receive marketing emails from us, we provide you with information regarding new products, promotions, special offers and special events hosted by Santa Fe Goldworks. We do not share your email address and information with outside parties.

Security Policy

To prevent unauthorized access maintain data security, and ensure the correct use of information we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect online.

Shipping & Handling

Santa Fe Goldworks does not ship orders to post office boxes. The carrier that we use for our shipping needs is Federal Express and we require signature confirmation. The following charges to ship via Federal Express apply as follows:

$50.00 for two-day delivery with a signature confirmation
$100.00 for next day delivery with a signature confirmation
$150.00 for Saturday delivery with a signature confirmation

Orders placed for two-day delivery before 3:00pm Monday through Friday will be delivered on the second business day.

Orders placed for next day delivery before 3:00pm Monday through Friday will be delivered on the next business day.

Orders placed for Saturday delivery before 3:00 pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday where Saturday delivery service is available.

Tax

Out of State residents will not be charged New Mexico state sales tax. New Mexico residents are subject to 8 1/8 percent state sales tax.
