Return Policy

Santa Fe Goldworks stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All Sales are Final.  There are no refunds, however, we offer an exchange on unused merchandise if SFGW is contacted within 14 days of purchase.  There are no exchanges on special orders. Please do not wear a piece of jewelry until you are certain you are keeping it; to qualify for an exchange jewelry cannot be modified in any way. 

Please do not return any items without contacting a Santa Fe Goldworks sales associate first.  You can speak with a Santa Fe Goldworks associate at 877-982-287 or email a sales associate at: info@santafegoldworks.com. We do not allow returns for merchandise that have been engraved.
